Yep, low intelligence of the expectedly low intelligence men has a lot to do with such impression.
My point exactly: the Russians have demonstrated extremely low intelligence resulting in major setbacks on the battlefield. Whether it is rotten tires, poor planning, inept strategy that is tantamount to ‘what not to do’ - the Russians have shown to everyone how weak they really are. And now a bridge they had said a couple of months ago was impregnable and protected via an integrated air, land and sea system (they even said they had attack dolphins to fend against enemy frogmen) just got blasted.
I agree with you - it would take a really low level of intelligence for someone to believe the Russians were winning. Lower than that of Putin even - considering he just put together a commission to investigate what’s going wrong following the attack on the bridge.
