The center of the state has the lowest electric rates in the nation - Bonneville Power Administration and the massive hydropower generation of the Columbia River beginning with Grand Coulee Dam are impressive.
It is why so many server farms for big tech are being installed there - they use lots of electricity.
WA state has a huge budget surplus yet they are still going to implement the new gas tax.
