Agree, and glad they caught him!
Crime is evil, and that this vulture committed this crime during wartime is treasonous, as he knew it would not be used for war torn purposes or efforts.
But that he was caught, is itself evidence of an operational law system.
As the Ukrainian law system has gone this far, they are likely to try and recover/repatriate the money.
One way that doesn’t happen, is if the money was spent or sheltered in Russia, China, Iran, Venezuela, Peru, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Mexico, Cuba, etc, etc.. 🇺🇸🎚
