I would rather see something to the effect of if a person has no criminal record, except Marijuana possession they are given a pardon and those records expunged.

There are tons of otherwise employable people out there that can never get jobs due to a record.

And, also, there are MANY that have become barred from all 2A as prohibited persons due to a simple MJ conviction possibly from their teen years.

That’s basically what this is. It only pardons the possession.

It has no impact on other felony convictions.
