Vote buying.

What’s the point of having a LAW if the president is just going to waive it away whenever he needs to score political points?

We’re not talking one or a few but THOUSANDS.

And does the next GOP President get to pardon all non-violent federal gun charges?

If not, why not?

Like it or not, the Constitution gives very broad pardon powers to the President, who is essentially the chief law enforcement officer in the nation. If we don’t like how it is used we are going to have to figure out how to get an amendment passed to change that.
