— Crushed US energy, causing the US and multiple allies to purchase Russian energy (same th in ng happened under Bill Clinton)
— Crushed US steel and purchased Russian steel at higher prices
— Arguably treason, but sold 20% of US strategic Uranium to Russia through a scheme called Uranium-1
— Funded and gave away US military weapons and US cyber architecture and backbone, and funded a US/Chinese level global server farm, in a project called Skolkavo
And there is quite a bit more, involving direct activity with Putin and the Kremlin, and for massive Russian bribes.
