I’m glad you noticed the “2 Bidens” as well. But, handle his ability to handle his public presence & speech is so obviously different at times.
IMO, I believe he has always been known to indulge in drinking alcoholic beverages. But, I watch his eyes. It seems when he is on-target usually when making excuses for himself or Hunter and thinking [sober], he kind of squints his eyes and uses pauses [not rambling] in his speech appropriately.
Definitely differing behaviors.
