I wonder how that’s going to work out especially since there is already tensions and grumbling going on.
You can see much of the crumbling infrastructure in Africa (roads, buildings, airports, rail lines) built by Europeans; Somalia was a great example, but it also throughout the British parts. Zimbabwe would be the most recent example of “life after white people”.
I have scarcely denied there was some infrastructure built by Europeans. The key is NOT MUCH. How many miles of highway, roundabouts, bridges, etc.? Nothing extensive. Airports? Only a handful. Rail? Cecil’s Cape to Cairo never even neared completion due to the factors I mentioned above. The most infrastructure was built in SA, where whites moved in and stayed. Just like Chinese are building infrastructure now: Where they are moving in or are planning to.
When Europeans colonized Africa, they moved in and believed they would stay; they developed infrastructure (roads, railways) to move product from the source to ports, and that has all been left to rot.
I read a news story years ago where the blacks in Mozambique accused the departing Portuguese of pouring concrete in the sewers when they left to sabotage the new country; the author went to check it out, and found the blacks had been using the sewer system as a dump (throw trash - appliances and such - into the sewers). When the trash reached a critical mass, the sewers stopped working - and not a trace of concrete was found.
The power grid was neglected as well; many of these countries gained their freedom in the decades following WW2, and the Europeans didn’t use candles to illuminate their homes and businesses.
Portugal, just as Spain, did sabotage some of the scant amount of infrastructure built in their former colonies. From either perspective, blaming Africans or not, it was not extensive enough to effect much of the population.

Again a question you conveniently ignored: < Now if whites had put up all this infrastructure as you claim, then why would Africans kick out whites just to "accept" chinese for infrastructure? The more significant you portray the infrastructure built by the former, the more you undercut this claim.
Now let's see what more you have to offer to built up your infrastructure of excuses for Chinese population invasion into Africa.
I already brought that up, particularly South Africa. But they never had the opportunity for mass population shift that China has now. Interceding factors such as the world wars, anti-colonialism, and global elites' plan (expressed by Sir Francis Galton) for China to "tame" the dark continent and supplant African people curtailed colonization and infrastructure development. Additionally, China has more advanced machines and techniques to transform the landscape than were available in the era of European colonization.
Furthermore, when Europeans colonized they were regarded by the rest of the world as invaders. Chinese swarms, however, being non-white, are regarded as "immigrants". I have even seen frequent reference to them in Ugandan media as bayiiya (investors) even if their only business activity is gambling or peddling shoes so that the original Ugandan peddlers cannot compete.
The European countries did try to have mass population shift, to the extent that Algeria and South Africa ended up with roughly 10% of white populations. The extent to which they succeeded in duping their native Europeans to settle in African colonies varied, but the numbers didn’t lie when those returning/fleeing Europeans arrived back in Europe (especially in France after leaving Algeria and more recently Portugal when leaving Angola/Mozambique/Guinea-Bissau/Cape Verde).
They were absolutely invaders; I wouldn’t dispute that. Africans don’t view Asians as any different; they know they don’t belong, and forced them out of British East Africa far more aggressively than they forced out the whites (with whom they intended to maintain trade relations and such).
The infrastructure built by the whites was completely neglected when they left (have you seen photos of Mogadishu, Nairobi, etc.?). The farms of Rhodesia are probably the best most recent examples; they used to feed much of Africa and are now importing food while exporting refugees to South Africa (who stand out because malnutrition has stunted their growth). Otherwise, the improvements would have been in the cities with related transportation hubs (including airports), as well as industries (mines, for example). When you see the harvesting of diamonds in muddy pits by Africans today, and contrast them to the mines formerly operated by Europeans (or still operated by “white” companies), the difference is stark.
They are bringing in the Red Chinese to repair/replace the European infrastructure, without seeming to realize they are just becoming livestock of Red Chinese colonizers while their countries are further stripped of resources. Red China will have a free hand in abusing them, because the rest of the world is awaiting the finished products.
