Missiles can knock out Taiwan’s infrastructure, and this can be followed up with a blockade.

Taiwan can’t feed itself. It has no energy resources. Once the semiconductor fabs, chemical companies, etc. are gone, Taiwan has no value.

China doesn’t have to invade.

The Blockade would be the Straits of Malacca where all Chinese Commercial shipping would be intercepted.

China imports 85% of its energy and 50% of it’s food and AG inputs.

Within 3 months - the Chinese economy would be over. Period.
