I mean, he just made the opec+ move that apparently no one saw coming. Was that the last one? A few months ago we were told that Russia was isolated and today, according to the white house, Opec+ decided to side with Russia. Interesting turn of events. These people are clueless. If you can’t see that there are plenty of moves everyone can still make, Russia included, then it’s a good thing you’re retired.

The third or fourth time I read this post I got it. My problem was that several other posters had been making similar statements, not intended as sarcasm but as sincere self-evident truth.
OK, sarcasm off: The US has a history of taking situations like Saddam Hussein's invasion of Kuwait, defeating the aggressor, and then the lying, meddling, and graft goes on forever, or until the US does what it did last year in Afghanistan.
