Per the Konnech Australia website:
https://www.konnech.com.au/About.html
With a mutual respect for democracy and ensuring safe and secure elections, Konnech Australia was established in January 2018 by Eugene Yu and Greg Denton.
A 100% fully owned subsidiary of Konnech Inc, Konnech Australia brings international experience in election logistic and management systems, having worked with electoral authorities serving over 25 million voters across Australia, Canada and the United States of America.
In 2018, Konnech Australia won a competitive tender to design, develop, and deliver a new Election Logistics System for the Electoral Commission of Queensland (ECQ).
Designed to support a number of ECQ electoral activities including electoral administration, planning and preparation for an election, managing an election and reporting on, analysing and evaluating an electoral event, Konnech Australia provides support for more than 300 ECQ processes or functionalities, incorporating them into a single, integrated election management software-based system.
Konnech Australia’s Brisbane-based team of programmers, data analysts and coders are working closely with the Electoral Commission of Queensland.

“Another discovery: There are regional meetings in prep for an international meeting. The regional meetings include Africa Regional Forum, Europe, America, Asia and Arab States. These meetings (over the summer) lead into the World Summit on Electoral Democracy in Sept 2022. The speakers at these meetings are The Who’s who of gender study graduates, Open Society members, etc all getting together to discuss ‘election integrity’ and ‘democracy’. See http://www.ine.mx “
