Warnock beat his wife and ran over her foot with his car, so I dont want to hear any BS from Dems
When Republicans close in on Democrats always expect Democrats to get vicious and mean.
good, glad to see some republicans taking a page out of President Trump’s playbook
“ This smear by the Left only registers as a “big fail” by Christian believers. It is a nothing burger. ”
_________
Truth!
Your whole post is good, too.
Walker says he is a Christian.
Walker says the abortion story is a lie.
I believe Walker.
That was kinda my point.
Demx must have paid Herschel’s son BIG Bucks
The son just tweeted wretched accusations
Demx are scared
The left does this every single election cycle and the GOPe “principled conservatives(TM)” fall for it every time. They are aghast at the accusations, confronted by the media and required to disavow the candidate, and then vote for the democrat candidate instead. Principles indeed.
We need this GOP seat in the Senate. If you think otherwise, switch your registration to Democrat and vote for Warnock.
True.
But he won the primary. So you've got a choice between a horribly flawed candidate who has no business being a US senator but at least isn't a Marxist or a horribly flawed candidate who has no business being a US senator and is a full-blown Marxist.
That's the hand we've been dealt.
And the density be high.
Herschel has admitted to those negative stories up until now.
He has apologized and was convincing.
WHY WOULD HE BE SO EMPHATIC ABOUT THIS BEING A LIE.
His reaction tells everything.
He did not do it.
It’s reported that he paid for it, if so that’s on him.
So?
The time of the lesser of two evils has passed. That’s how we got into this mess.
Recruiting Walker to run for Georgia Senate was an unforced error on Trump’s part - even if these recent allegations end up proving to be false. They guy is dumb as a rock and has no clue what he stands for besides a bunch of cliches. He has a bunch of consultants running his campaign for him and telling him what to say and think. And they’ll continue to do that if he gets elected.
I couldn’t agree more. And the fact that Senate Republicans are standing behind him doesn’t weigh in his favor. They know he’s an empty suit that will do what he’s told if elected. That’s why they’re supporting him.
Now you’re the one talking cliches. Was there a better candidate to run against the radical leftwing Democrat than Walker? I don’t think so. The guy has 100% name id in Georgia. He’s a native son of Georgia, Heisman trophy winner, terrific professional football player, very down to earth. He may not speak like British prince. But he speaks to the people and he speaks from the heart and he knows of what he says. He’s not a politician. He’s a good candidate and he’s in the fight.
“Now you’re the one talking cliches.”
Not to get side tracked on a baseless claim, but what exactly was cliche with my comment? After all, Herschel Walker’s Senate run is not exactly a widely talked about subject.
” Was there a better candidate to run against the radical leftwing Democrat than Walker? I don’t think so.”
Are you serious? In all of Georgia, he was the best candidate? I don’t even think you were able to type that one with a straight face.
“The guy has 100% name id in Georgia.”
And? There are a lot of unqualified people who have name recognition. Some even have name recognition for all the wrong reasons.
“He’s a native son of Georgia, Heisman trophy winner, terrific professional football player”
There you go. You’ve got me there. What better qualification for Senator than being a terrific football player?
“[He’s] very down to earth.”
That inane argument touches exactly upon the cliche reference I made earlier. Have you ever heard Walker talk about policy? Of course not, aside from a few scripted lines given to him by his campaign. What he DOES do is rattle off a bunch of folksy platitudes about, hard work, believing in yourself, etc. He rarely gives interviews or answers questions except scripted interviews with the friendliest of friendly outlets. His position on illegal immigration has been all over the place. But we’re lucky. That’s one of the few subjects he’s actually discussed at any length.
“He may not speak like British prince. But he speaks to the people and he speaks from the heart”
He speaks from the heart? Maybe he does - when he launches into one of his folksy, feel good pontifications. Who cares? I’d rather hear him speak from the brain about policy in a way that demonstrates he has even the slightest grasp of the subject matter. That’s what’s important. If you want to judge a candidate on “We’re in this together”, “I feel your pain”, “Build back better” and other feel good sloganeering, you might as well vote for a Democrat. They have the best slogans, even if their slogans are totally disconnected from their actual policies.
No a good candidate would have been Doug Collins who should have gotten the seat Kemp sold to Loeffler For $500,000.
