I think SCOTUS refused to hear the bump stock ban. There are better cases for them to build on recent reset of the 2nd amendment.

Aren’t bump stocks inherently inaccurate? If so there are certainly better cases to concentrate on.

Agreed. IIRC the State of New York enacted a number of horrible,unconstitutional,laws infringing upon 2nd Amendment rights a few days after last June's ruling.It's as if they had those laws ready to go in anticipation of losing that case.

Many states,almost all of them blue,still have blatantly unconstitutional laws on the books even after the SCOTUS ruling.
