Moderate Republican: someone who calls himself a Republican, lies to his constituents about his conservative principles and positions and if elected ignores everythng he said during the election and gives in to Democrat demands.
Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.It isn’t “giving in”, as if RINOs were at any time conservative. It’s lying to their voters and orchestrating their true agenda once in power.
