The article CLAIMS to be quoting someone in Russia. And the article is from a well known Ukrainian propaganda source, The Daily Mail, which only a few months ago, constantly claimed Putin was dying from some disease or the other and has told countless lies about Russia since the war started.
Why would you believe any story from such a source?
How do you know the woman actually said anything of the sort?

Denialism is a strong habit to break, isn’t it? Well here’s a link to a Pravda story that reports on her comments using the same quotes. Perhaps you should rethink your knee jerk denials of anything reported in the Daily Mail and open your eyes to reality.
