“Dnjepr, Dnjepr in the bud!”-—Deputy Barney Fife.
It looks like the the way the Dneiper River is written in the North Frisian language. (The "J" is a "Y" sound.) The Belorussians also have a similar pronunciation, calling it the Dnyepr.
