Brazil: with 12% counted Bolsonaro has 48.2% and Lula 43%. The gap is slowly narrowing. Counting is slower in the pro-Lula North East. But the election looks to be heading to a run-off in which Bolsonaro may be better-placed then the opinion polls suggested. Very high turnout
