Members of the far-right Sweden Democrats (SD) secured roles chairing four commissions in the Nordic country's parliament, the Riksdag on Saturday.
While the leader of the center-right Moderate Party continues efforts to form a coalition government, members of the SD will chair four parliamentary commissions, reported local broadcaster SVT Nyheter.
Deputies of the SD, who are preparing to support the minority right-wing government expected to be formed next week under Moderate Party leadership, will assume chair the justice, business, labor market, and foreign affairs commissions.
Far right = anyone to the right of Lenin.
Get Muslim scum OUT of Europe now!
I suspect that the “far right” Sweden Democrats might be rather to the left of my position ...
In a beautiful world, a summit should be held once all the dust settles.
Swedish leadership, Meloni, Orban, Morawiecki and President Donald J Trump.
But they have to meet in secret like the Bilderbergs and not let anyone know what they talked about. Only that they had a really great conversation and they look forward to working together in the future.
Heads explode.
“Far right” and “Democrat” combined in any sentence is an oxymoron.
Emphasis on “moron”.
It will be of course, the Greatest! conversation.
Just channeling Trump...
Probably to the right of you, IMHO. They are pretty out there.
Most Americans are philosophically liberal, in the classic sense, which is not universally the Euro conservative position.
Of course, I dont know where you are.
I’m a sort of De Maistre guy, retro. You know, the divine right of (Catholic) kings, and bring back the Inquisition.
“Left” == greatest government control.
“Right” == least government control.
I tend toward anarchism ...
Might put the interests of native Swedes before the globalist masters. How horrific!
The real question is...do you support Santiago Abascal and the Vox party?
Because of family tradition, I support the Euzko Alderdi Jeltzalea, the Basque Nationalist party, our regional ruling party.
Vox is fine by me, but they have little support here.
How ironic...the Basque National Party is aligned with the liberal Citizens Party in Spain and part of the liberal Renew Europe group in the European Parliament...which is aligned with the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats of Europe (ALDE).
So that socialist stooge Borrell is your man after all.
Genghis Khan is to the left of my position.
Genghis Khan was a bloody-handed tyrant. I’m not clear on why Rush Limbaugh considered him politically “right”.
Swedish leadership, Meloni, Orban, Morawiecki and President Donald J Trump.

I’m talking about now. Not when he’s actually President. I still refer to him as President Trump like all the other former Presidents are referred to.
But, now, as a civilian, meeting with world leaders. Biden isn’t invited.
When he’s actually President, again, he won’t have to meet in secret. He and they can lay their plans on the table....Read ‘em and weep.
You would be correct. Here’s their platform
In the US, their most controversial position would be wanting non-citizens to be ineligible for any sort of welfare benefits.
Realpolitik.
The BNP, being an autonomist (independence really) party of a small minority, has made a point of being part of ruling coalitions in the Cortes. The goal has been, always, to obtain further autonomy or to protect the Basques from central government intrusions. So, among other things, the Basques pay the lowest tax rates in Spain.
And it supports the EU as a check on the Spanish government. Thats a thing in Spain. They like the EU because nobody trusts Madrid, or each other. They see the EU as a sort of distant referee over local squabbles.
Its a different world view from yours, because of different history, circumstances and interests.
Is joke, comrade.
