I think the cruise company is already suffering with fewer tourists showing up....any cash flow would be helpful. I’m sure the cruise company has a insurance policy to cover damages, and the city probably is paying 90-percent of that cost.

My very first thought. They must be getting a ton of money knowing the ship will no longer be good for tourists. I wonder if a ship has to declare a particular ship was used to house migrants if a paying tourist asks?
