Please note that placement of the "Little Ice Age" (which was not an ice age or glacial period) is incorrectly identified on the chart. It is actually the dip in temps within the red circle.
He should have said “we are not yet as high as the temperatures of the last interglacial period, and the next truly big volcano could even cool us down. So, I am not sure.” That would have really set ‘em off, despite being 100% accurate.
