Smoke POURS into sky as Governor of Sevastopol, South Crimea confirms plane SKIDDED off runway and caught fire at airfield in Belbek, South Crimea, Russia.

UPDATE: During landing, aircraft went off the runway, there was a partial explosion of ammunition, but the pilot managed to evacuate and fire was quickly extinguished - Sevastopol authorities.
