If Ukraine joining NATO was never on the table, then Putin was lying. That’s what you’re saying.

I know he was lying. Just like he was lying about genocide. Or his reasons for breaking the Minsk agreements or his reasons for not honoring the Budapest Memorandum.

But you...you said something that directly contradicted Putin. And I just want to hear you say it. You're choices are simple.
