Our U.S. military forces don't hurt animals for entertainment, although most productions of fiction over the past couple of generations would want us to believe that. In combat training, we were repeatedly warned against bothering any animals, especially on firing ranges.
Journalists and reporters will use canards about our military forces being evil, though. It shows the lack of ethics in journalism and broadcast news along with the lack of honesty in entertainment productions.
The military is all one vast, evil conspiracy, you know. Their choices in evil looking civilian actors prove it.
The truth is that there are many psychopaths involved in entertainment and other media productions. Such personalities are far more rare in our Army, for example. Think about the miseries that soldiers willingly sign up for and why most of them are doing it.
