And the idea that he must have been blackmailed is conjecture, not proof.Quite true, but there is not a more logical explanation on why J. Edgar changed his view of Lee Harvey Oswald so quickly after the phone call from LBJ.
There was no new evidence suddenly discovered . . . only a growing consensus by the deep state that Oswald couldn't go to trial and had to be silenced quickly, like before the weekend was over.
