I was just using a common phrase. I thought the gist of my post was pretty clear. Ukraine has been invaded twice by Russia in the last 8 years. Now, Belarus is threatening invasion of Ukraine as well. As near as I can tell, Ukraine has not invaded its neighbors.

No ill intent on my part, nor do I wish to imply that there was any on your part - I just hate that phrase "I don't know that..."
