Suspicions of Kyiv/NATO regime’s policy in those towns and villages left by Russians in Kharkov region. They are not expecting to occupy them for any extended period of time, hence they use this time to kill/cleanse/send off the local population and setting the towns into new defensive positions which will result in their complete destruction, albeit this time the human shield will not be effective/will be mostly ignored. They are acting quickly to create a scorched earth environment.
