I would add the U.S. military officers who ordered the pipeline explosions should stand trial (international court) for their criminal involvement in an immoral and unlawful series of acts. Those explosions are an act of war against all European countries.
Keep in mind, Russia has committed NO ACT OF WAR against the United States.

Have you already rendered your verdict, that the United States attacked the pipelines? Or, is your comment a “what-if” alternative?
Absolutely. We need to point out publicly that any orders pertaining to these acts were very plainly illegal and the individuals involved should have absolutely no expectation of being able to hide behind a "but I was just following orders" defense. The sooner some of them start coming clean and confessing and making plea deals the better for them, and for all of us.
