They are saying to get out of Russia. I don’t think Russia is going to nuke itself. Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Someone mentioned conscription of dual nationals as the issue, I suppose because there are Americans with dual US/Russian citizenship for their jobs who never anticipated being eligible for the Russian draft?
