And yes, its not unusual for changes in personnel around the midterms, but I put this individual in the same category as Fauci--a one person wrecking ball (and this regime seems to be a clown car full of them).
You see their type in the private sector as well-a manager in a corporation constantly moving around to stay one step ahead of the damage they've caused, trying to avoid accountability.
Unfortunately, in government jobs, this is magnified not only in terms of damage but also lack of accountability.

indeed ... one can see and hear that when watching her make pre-programmed statements handed to her ... she seems either confused by what she’s reading or doesn’t believe what she’s saying; in any case, there’s zero conviction in her tone and demeanor, very robotic actually ...
