Thanks for posting that link. I wasn't aware of that provision. That sucks big time. My county is already full of those ugly obtrusive windmills that don't benefit anyone here. State and local should always have the final say.

New England and New York already piss me off. Both locales already consume natural gas imported from other locales, even though both New York and Massachusetts have access to there own natural gas resources but won't develop them.
