Do they all take these to H&R Block to have their taxes done for their year of hard work?
No, taxes for non cash, legal occupations are paid by legal citizens who support the nonworking scumbags for their free ride. This applies to urban drug dealers, pimps, prostitutes. carjackers, and stolen property thieves including for catalytic converter metal. Not just illegals from the border crossings.

Just trying to cement more Democratic voters but why bother as California will probably never elect a Republican governor. Probably trying to get rid of any US Rep or Senator in the State.
