“It’s moving slow enough that when it approaches TBA it’ll pile up two high tides into the bay with the wind preventing water from going out. Thursday AM is going to be bad.”
When it approaches, it will draw water out of the bay.
“They will use this event and aftermath to Katrina DeSantis. Bet on it.”
We don’t have levees.

Take note:
During a hurricane, don’t venture outside. Emergency crews can not respond when wind speeds exceed 40 miles per hour and a hurricane is approaching. If your home is breached, shelter in an interior room, closet or hallway until the storm passes.

My brother in Jacksonville but above the flood zone. However rain and wind looks like might do a number there just the same if this Hurricane drags along as some are saying.

Flooding. Flooding wipes out tens of thousands. It wouldn’t be unusual in China to lose hundreds of thousands in the past.

Flooding? Would any of that be associated with hurricanes?
