In a supremely tight contest, the Trump-backed Kelly Tshibaka is running against notorious RINO and incumbent Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) to represent Alaska in the US Senate. Alaska is a very Pro-Trump and Pro-America state, which bodes well for Tshibaka. Indeed, as of recently, Tshibaka is within striking distance of taking Murkowski’s spot in the US Senate — a spot Murkowski has occupied since 2002.
As the DC Enquirer reports:
“Recent polling put out by Cygnal could spell bad news for Murkowski — and it takes into account Alaska’s ranked-choice voting system, a system where voters rank candidates by preference on their ballot.
As Breitbart reports: ‘Tshibaka leads Murkowski on the first ballot by 7.9 points and on the second by 9.3 points. On the third ballot, the poll shows Murkowski leading Tshibaka by 0.2 percent, a statistical tie.'”
But in order to grasp even more momentum, it was imperative that Tshibaka gain even more endorsements — even if the coveted Trump endorsement was more than potent. She has bipartisan support from former Alaska Senate Candidate and Democrat Edward Blatchford, as the DC Enquirer reports. And now, she has the support of a major Pro-Life group — the Susan B. Anthony (SBA) Pro-Life America’s Candidate Fund. According to their website, the SBA’s mission is to “end abortion by electing national leaders and advocating for laws that save lives, with a special calling to promote pro-life women leaders.”
As such, the SBA website gives Tshibaka a ringing endorsement:

Even in the weird metric system voting they have, Murky is losing. Thank God!
“Even in the weird metric system voting they have”
Now THAT’S funny!!
I’m praying Murky is kicked to the curb where she belongs.
The last thing this country needs in congress is a RINO or a dem.
Never have I seen so many bewildered pundits and political operatives. The butthurt in the Lincoln Project and the Bill Kristols is beyond measure. Like a bad marriage, the wronged spouse has walked out and she ain't coming back.
>>As Breitbart reports: ‘Tshibaka leads Murkowski on the first ballot by 7.9 points and on the second by 9.3 points. On the third ballot, the poll shows Murkowski leading Tshibaka by 0.2 percent, a statistical tie.’”
That’s hilarious considering that RCV was put in place specifically to keep Murkowski in office.
I hope the good people of Alaska throw Murkowski out of office.
It would suck even more to lose even with their thumb heavily on the scale!
Bullchit. They've had three chances to offload the RINO and she's still there.
The good people of Alaska were going to throw her out of office. That’s why the bad people from the lower 48 dumped tens of millions of dollars into an election last year to bring ranked choice cheating. AK is the dollar general store for buying a senator compared to other states.
If I were an alaskan, I would suck it up and suffer temporary bitter pill and elect the demonrat and hope to god people learn their lesson and get through it. Better dead than RINO
After round 2 doesn’t it get down to a 2 person
race for Senate?
The 2022 United States Senate election in Alaska will be held on November 8, 2022. Incumbent three-term Republican U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski is running for reelection to a fourth term. After the voter approval of Ballot Measure 2 during the 2020 elections in Alaska, this will be the first U.S. Senate election in Alaska held under a new election process. All candidates ran in a nonpartisan blanket top-four primary on August 16, 2022,[1] and the top four candidates advanced to the general election. Voters will be utilizing ranked-choice voting during the general election.[2]
On March 16, 2021, the Alaska Republican Party voted to censure Murkowski and announced that it would recruit a Republican challenger in the 2022 election cycle.[3][4] Murkowski's opposition to some of his initiatives and her vote for conviction during his second impeachment trial made former U.S. President Donald Trump pledge to campaign against her in 2022.[5][6] Both the Alaska Republican Party and Trump have endorsed Kelly Tshibaka.
According to Wikipedia here, the top 4 from the primary will advance to the general election. The top 4 included 3 Republicans and 1 Democrat. One of the Republicans dropped out, so it is a now 3-way race, but there will still be ranked voting to allow Democrats to vote for Murkowski.
bump
Lil’ lisa must go.
Murk’s got tricks up her sleeve. Don’t count her out until a year after her funeral.
