He aided citizens to escape Russian invasion, bring food & supplies to elderly. He used best of back-roads to avoid being targeted by Russian military. Now you know why Ukraine was required to launch a military counter-offensive against pro-Russian forces in April 2014, called the "Anti-Terrorist Operation." (ATO) which continued from 2014 until 2018 as PUTIN did not respond to cease-fire agreements.
