I believe the Venezuelan version is jointly made in Venezuela, and then shipped to Peru, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, Mexico, Cuba, etc, etc...

Yes Russia is a dirt poor county. Where the Soviet-style military provides as little as possible - other than a uniform, WWII helmet, and rusty rifle. Everything else, including food, is optional or stolen by the officers. When they get to the Russian border, they will, like troops before them, sell everything for vodka.
