Sharyl is fortunate that at the time this happened, she wasn't current with today's technology and didn't have a computer with a solid state hard drive, and instead had an old-timey spin-around disk. These days, she'd never have known about hsit being downloaded to hers and her husband's computers by FIB geeks, it would just show up and that would be that.

Come to think of it, one thinks it wouldn't hurt to just power down every evening.

I wonder if the FIB tech goons can remotely power up a computer? Might you need to disconnect it from the power source physically?
