"Biden's plan" has been going on since the Progressive Era in the late 19th century.

'A strong centralized Government can do wonders for you and society as a whole, give in to it along with your wallet and future generations (Debt inducing policies)'.

Republicans and Democrats, does not matter where it comes from, "We the People" crave that crap/false security (Only lull from that was Harding/Collidge period).
