Mark, after the GOP took the House in 1994, we certainly witnessed the power of the media to move public opinion. Who can ever forget their campaign to convince the country that Republicans were trying to starve school children.

In the end, despite all the awful blowback, IIRC, the GOP got Bill Clinton to sign into law 7 out of 10 of the Contract items. Ironically, in doing this, Slick Willie benefitted politically and helped him win re-election in 1996.

Never thought I would say this, but Clinton looks Churchillian compared to Biden.

And the US Media in 1995 looks almost fair compared to the all out propaganda machine for the Leftists and the Biden administration it has become in 2020-2022.
