I saw an article couple weeks ago the FBI has issued subpoenas to Google and other Search Providers for keyword searches of anyone using searching for information on a list of words or phrases provided to these Tech companies to monitor.
Yep. But with Google and Bing they never really needed subpoenas. These were already handing all this data to the government in real time.
