Have you seen the mobilization order authorizing the mobilization, and the terms of it? And I don’t mean what the Russian media has said; I mean the actual order and law? If so, please post it, as I’d like to see it. I’ve looked all over the web and couldn’t find it.

Exactly. The RF is calling up reserves, just like we did for Iraq and Afghanistan. The RF already has a draft, but conscripts are only serving in the RF.
