I don’t think it’s much of a surprise to anyone that covid and white 18-35 year old women going hard democrat did him in.
According to the numbers, Trump lost a little support with white males - maybe their wives pressured them not to vote Trump in 2020. Also, the Democrats fought dirty. That played a rule too. We will see a repeat of that in 2024 unless Trump has a "game plan" to beat the Left. Right now, I don't see it. He is only one man.
