The VP thing seems pretty obvious to me. Look at Reagan and Bush. Look at Pence (thank God it looks like he’s been put to one side).

1. Convince people that DeSantis must be the nominee now, rather than Trump;
then
2. Then redirect support for DeSantis to a great blue RINO.
