I’m with you as well. Why can’t/didn’t the lawyers argue this one point. Trumps lawyers were ordered to wait outside while they searched Trump’s home. How is anyone protected from search and seizure if your attorney is not allowed to see what is being ?

That's a good question, and I've wondered the same. The only reason I can guess that President Trump isn't pressing the point is that he WANTS the search to continue.

Why would that be? Well, we know that in Operation Hazard he issued the Standing Order Declassification. So it's a rope-a-dope, nothing to see here, case closed!

On the other hand, it's equally valid to say that by thinking about it, President Trump instantly declassified them, whatever the lingo. So then it's a he-said, she-said. What are they going to do, accuse him of a thought crime?
