Some flights out of Russia appeared to be selling out in the wake of President Vladimir Putin’s announcement on Wednesday of a partial military mobilization to buttress the country’s war effort in Ukraine.
It was reported that some 300,000 reservists — limited to those with relevant combat and service experience, according to Russia’s defense minister — will be called up to active duty.

How have the Ukrainians been dealing with their draft dodgers?
Mind you, most of their so called "reservists" probably aren't too keen to go back into what passes for training in Russia, much less a Ukrainian meat grinder.
IMHO, India Today is probably the most objective source out there with regards with Ukraine.
Ukraine isn’t having a problem with recruitment.
I guess not, they have a draft.
Just use the old tried and true American method from the Civil War!

About 1/3 of them will never see combat. These are reservists who have seen combat but were called for their technical skills.

I’m not sure that the answer to Russia’s inability to take the Ukraine is more troops. Seems to me that this only gives the Ukrainians more targets to shoot at. Human wave attacks don’t work so well in this day and age.
Human wave attacks have not worked for over an hundred years.
