The whole charge assumes that lending institutions to do their own due diligence. It’s ridiculous.
Of course they know this, but their goal is to drain Trump financially and emotionally as well as politically.

He’s got some very deep reservoirs; I sure hope he can continue to fight.
I have not had time to read the complaint yet but the statement in the press that she wants the NY courts to ban him from owning any businesses/property in NY really appears to be the reason, or at least one of the major reasons, for this case. They want to ban Trump et.al. from NY which would make all his properties go way down in value and diminish his wealth.
