The records are electronic, aren’t they? How much effort is it to copy them to a thumb drive, CD, or DVD?

The records are stored electronically, but the vote count records are comparisons of people to districts and if they voted or not. It is a way to see if dead people, non-residents, or real people actually voted. In WA, they have such a large advantage of Commies to R’s, that they use many who are registered in King Cty, and move them to say Lewis Cty. You see, there is same day registration. So you can live in a city 90 miles away, and register in another. Like moving around money in a bank from one to another to balance books.
