this makes me nervous about Masters
If you are physically ill it is probably because you have your stomach in knots living in an imaginary world believing and posting absolute nonsense day in and day out in an endless rage against reality - taking on more and more traits that used to be found only on the Left, believing that emotion and feelings trump facts. They don’t.
Nothing I said is inaccurate and has nothing to do with being or not being a “GOPe type” - you actually think this isn’t how McConnell and the donor class operates? I thought that is why we didn’t like their way of doing things, now you claim it isn’t true? Can you make your mind?
Have you looked at the fundraising numbers for these candidates? Your problem is not with anything I said, but with the fact this is reality.
that’s correct - but he is in the driver’s seat due to lack of fundraising. And if he was in negotiations with Thiel that puts the lie to the claim McConnell wants Masters to lose and would prefer the GOP not retake the majority. But that doesn’t change the fact McConnell has essentially been allowed to this on his own terms - at least partially, and this would not be the case if these candidates raised their own money. They would not be at the complete mercy of these PACs and donors to ride to the rescue.
Give me an example of where McConnell supporting someone doesn’t fit the explanation I gave.
