Keyboard vomit is relative to user.
Again, the premise was ‘civilian infrastructure’ and you, as par, you deviate from the actual discussion I made.
Want a Kleenex of maybe a paper towel for you own ‘keyboard vomit’?
Butterfly bomblets have nothing to do with destroying civilian infrastructure, either.
Graphite bombs' purpose is essentially to short stuff out and trip protective systems or trigger safety shutdowns at electric power installations. If the safety systems are inadequate or malfunction, more permanent damage can occur, as with storm damage, but, that is not the intention.
In GW 2, two strafing attacks with 20mm cannon, outside the US ROE, disabled two Iraqi transformer stations in the same area, at slightly different times. I attempted to research this and apparently it is unknown if the pilot was identified and disciplined for going outside the ROE. All other identified US attacks on electrical infrastructure apparently used graphite (carbon fiber) bombs.
