Putin is all over this.
The Moldavian Constitution states they maintain neutrality in the conflicts of other countries. Allowing NATO troops in contravenes their Constitution.
In other words, the people are protesting the violation of their laws per their Constitution.
NATO says “Our rules based order = fuck your Constitution.”
I’m sure the 30%+ inflation and soaring energy costs have nothing to do with the protesters’ discontent. /s
