Where are the RINOs cutting the FBI budget, putting caps on SES positions - or eliminating them altogether. Remember when the RINOs controlled the government. Did eff all about this problem back then.
FBI and CIA have been doing their best to recruit only sociopaths for decades. The response of the ‘rank and file’ proves how successful malicious recruiting has been, even though a very few with a conscience slipped through.
